Comments:

Don’t know why I keep going back to the old 831’s. The treads have been worn for at least fifty miles. The upper is still in good shape and the cushioning is minimal by design. Running at night is not my optimal time, but better run late than not at all. So I’ve been pretty lousy at keeping this consistent. No physical injuries as an excuse. Did notice I lost 5 lbs. this week and my resting heart rate is down. Well, I guess I’ll go with the gift-horse attitude.
