I’ve been pretty useless for the past two days. I went out to see my nephew’s little league all-star game yesterday. Today I ducked into the library to read about the digestive system. The Yankees continue to suck. I couldn’t sleep, so I went out for a run. Yeah, 20 days since my last run. That certainly has to change. At least my weight is going in the correct direction. Wonder how that happened? Oh well, see ya tomorrow.
