Heart rate post workout is a little low. It’s unexpected because tonight’s run was the most consistently intense run this year. Still, there isn’t enough data to make any substantial claim about fitness. My feet are still a little weak. Muscles there felt fatigued at times. Breathing was, to my pleasant surprise, relaxed.
