Not Happening

I meant to run 10 today, but only managed 3. My breathing was labored and I felt heavy. The legs weren’t the problem so much as just a blah feeling overall. I hope I’m not coming down with something. Maybe it’s just the pollen count. I did manage to walk the final 7 miles after I stopped running.

Heh. I'm trying to be very conservative in my estimates of mileage. The lessons of last 12 miles of the 2002 marathon are firmly engrained.
