Apparently, my legs are made of paper mache. Right now I have a dried ball where my left calf should be. It’s not as bad as the last injury to my right leg, but I can feel it grab with every step. Despite the minor pain, I was able to run at a pretty good pace, +1 min 4 sec. / mile marathon pace.
